The Colorado 9th Judicial Branch of Probation has selected BI Incorporated to provide supervision support services for lower-risk probationers referred to community supervision. Colorado’s 9th Judicial District includes Pitkin, Garfield and Rio Blanco counties.

BI will support the probation division to supervise an average of 280 offenders from two office locations, 1430 Railroad Ave., Unit F, Suite E, in Rifle and 1319 Grand Ave. in Glenwood Springs. Probationers referred to these offices will be required to check in at one of these locations for periodic meetings with case managers. The goal of these services is to support the probation division’s efforts to ensure public safety and offender accountability. BI will monitor that schedules and curfews are maintained, treatment or community service requirements are being met, fee and fine collections are processed, and probationers meet conditions of the court for release to community supervision.

As the nation’s largest provider of treatment, training and supervision programs for community corrections, BI provides community-based supervision services for agencies across the U.S., including several state and local correctional agencies within Colorado.
