BI HomeCell® - A Cellular Monitoring System
BI HomeCell is an electronic supervision system that applies when the offender uses only a cell phone. With this cellular system, corrections agencies can monitor the absence or presence of an individual at a certain place during a certain time.
How BI HomeCell works
BI engineered HomeCell to work with BI HomeGuard® 200, the industry standard in electronic monitoring. With HomeCell, officers can reliably monitor individuals for compliance to curfews and schedules. The offender wears a durable transmitter, which communicates with the HomeGuard and HomeCell receivers. This information is relayed to the monitoring center to match against pre-determined schedules.
Make updates directly via the Web
At any time, supervising officers can make updates to client schedules, profiles, and other data directly via a secure, Web-based application called BI TotalAccess®.
HomeCell delivers
HomeCell incorporates all the flexible options available through BI HomeGuard 200, such as variable range or leave-window settings, unlimited schedules, and customized reporting. And, HomeCell can easily be combined with other BI technologies such as BI Sobrietor® for additional supervision capabilities.
