BI Incorporated, a leading provider of offender monitoring technologies, treatment and training programs for correctional agencies, has named Keith Williams business development executive for the Central-West Region of the country. Williams will be responsible for developing new business relationships, maintaining relationships with existing customers and supporting BI account representatives in his region.
Keith brings to BI Incorporated 25 years of sales execution and leadership experience. He has held senior level sales positions with Fortune 500 corporations where he consistently achieved annual revenue objectives. Formerly with Omnilink Systems, a technology provider in electronic monitoring and location-based services, Keith served as Regional Sales Director for Electronic Monitoring and Home Custody Technology while covering the Mid-Atlantic and New England States territory.
Prior to Omnilink Systems Keith was the Regional Sales Director for Public Safety and Justice Technology with Securus Technologies, a Dallas-based leading provider of specialized law enforcement and corrections industry information technology and telecommunications services. Keith was responsible for a national sales territory that achieved significant revenue growth, increased market share, and business development in new and emerging markets.
Previous to Securus Technologies, Keith provided sales leadership as Regional Sales Director for Public Safety and Justice Technology with Motorola's Commercial, Government and Industrial Solutions Sector. Keith’s sector sold an extensive portfolio of solutions to meet growing public safety and security needs, including; interoperable two-way radio communication solutions, command and control solutions, biometric identification and tracking solutions, information management for criminal justice and civil needs, and physical security and monitoring solutions. Keith began his career at Unisys and spent over 15 years in various state and local government industry sales execution and management positions, earning numerous top awards.
Keith holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Wayne State University, Mich.
