And other BI technologies can ensure compliance to court orders for no alcohol use.

Cognitive Behavioral Programs

BI offers counties one-stop, community-based programs for chronic probation violators or sentenced offenders who can be diverted from costly jail. Offenders must appear in person (report) at this community-based program several days or every day of the week, depending on the level of supervision required. Participants are closely monitored for drug and alcohol use and compliance to curfews and schedules. They also attend a variety of classes to break longstanding criminal behavior. Rewards and sanctions are administered immediately to reflect positive or negative compliance to program rules.
