Parole agencies and supervising officers are managing larger caseloads, more challenging offenders, and chronic technical violators. At the same time, parole is being asked to do more with less. Cognitive Behavioral Programs

Our Cognitive Behavioral Programs are cost-effective solutions for chronic offenders who are resistant to behavior change or consistently violate parole at high expense to taxpayers. These BI programs get results through evidence-based practice, including intensive supervision and case management, cognitive behavioral treatment and training. These community-based programs support parole to reduce caseloads and costly recidivism.

Electronic monitoring offices

BI works with some of the nation’s largest parole agencies to deliver electronic monitoring offices. Agencies use a mix of our electronic monitoring systems – including products that use Global Positioning System (GPS) tracking technology – to meet their many supervision needs and budgets. BI’s electronic monitoring products and services can include our 24/7/365 national monitoring center services, called BI Monitoring Operations, or we can supply all the technology and know-how so an agency can establish its own monitoring center.
