BI Electronic Monitoring Offices

A BI Electronic Monitoring office includes a local office, professional staff, and a wide range of electronic monitoring technologies. Many sheriffs' offices use this option to divert low-risk inmates to community supervision. Others use this option for inmates nearing the end of their sentence. As a result, costs are reduced, and the sheriff knows schedules and curfews are being strictly maintained. BI provides complete equipment installation and removal services and around-the-clock monitoring services and support. An offender pay component can be added to greatly reduce program costs.

Cognitive Behavioral Programs

This cost-effective solution can handle offenders resistant to treatment and change or these programs can be step-down programs for inmates nearing sentence completion. These programs handle from 50 to several hundred offenders, many of whom need treatment and training to break the cycle of recidivism or ease reentry into the community. BI's community-based Cognitive Behavioral Programs are centered on evidence-based principles and are proven to reduce recidivism by effectively meeting risks and needs.
