TotalAccess Enrollments & Scheduling This session is a comprehensive look at how to use the TotalAccess software system. This is a required session for officers who need access to the software. During this session the following topics are covered: Caseload Snapshot Overview / Client Enrollment / Client Inactivation/Reactivation / RF & GPS Scheduling and how to use the Help System. Hands on participation is included in this session.
TotalAccess Mapping This is a recommended session for those interested in learning more about how to use the Mapping options in the TotalAccess software system. The following topics are covered during this session: Mapping Features / Mapping Playback / Mapping Reports / Point In Time.
TotalAccess Alerts/Events & Reports This is a recommended session for those interested in learning more about how to review client alert data stored in TotalAccess. The following topics are covered during this session: Event History Overview / Alerts- closing, reopening and commenting / Client Menu – Administrative options / Unit Configurations / Reports – viewing, downloading, scheduling / My Profile
TotalAccess Mobile App This session is a detailed look at how to use the TotalAccess Mobile App. During this session attendees will download the app and review key features the app provides such as: Caseload Snapshot Overview / Client information / Schedules / Mapping / Tools. Hands on participation is included in this session. Attendees should plan to bring and use their phones.

BI SmartLINK
This session covers the TotalAccess SmartLINK Client App. During this session attendees will have the option to download and review how clients use the app for tasks such as: Check-In / Self Report / Community Resources / Messages / Documents / Supervision Terms / Calendar. Hands on participation is included in this session. Attendees should plan to bring and use their phones.
TotalAccess VoiceID This training offering is specific to how to use the VoiceID aspect of the TotalAccess software system. Attendees will learn what data should be entered in TotalAccess for a client to be successfully monitored such as working phone numbers for where the test notifications are sent and where the client should take the test, the voice language the client will be speaking, and random and fixed schedules for testing. Attendees will also learn the steps involved in the voice enrollment aspect of the enrollment when the client creates voice template and makes an initial check-in call.

BI TAD Activity Graph
This session covers how officers can view and/or print TAD Activity Graphs to see whether there is an indication of alcohol consumption or interference with the process. This session is not intended to train an officer on how to determine if a client consumed alcohol. Rather, attendees will be guided through how to complete the TAD Confirmation Process which is sent to a technical team that is trained to confirm or dismiss possible drinking events.

Federal Supervisor Reports
This session is offered specifically for the US Probation or Pre-Trial supervising officers with Federal AOUSC. During this session attendees will learn how to view/print/download BI Analytic reports and other report types that will assist them with their agency’s caseloads as well as the ability to identify where to focus their resources. Report types covered during this training are: Administrative, Location Analysis, Performance Analysis, Proximity Analytics, Priority Analytics, Tamper Alerts Analysis.

BI SL2 Q & A
This session is a question and answer session regarding how to use the SL2 device in BI TotalAccess.
*Pre-requisite: attendees must have completed the online SL2 hardware course prior to attending this session.

Advanced Administration (Agency Administration) This session is an advanced software training specifically for an agency’s supervisors and administrators. This session is by request only and covers topics beyond the TotalAccess weekly training sessions. Training is limited to administrative staff with an Agency Admin login and who already have a basic understanding of TotalAccess. Each session is specifically designed for an agency and will focus on how the agency plans to use the TotalAccess software.
