From initial program implementation to refresher courses, BI works hard to ensure that every agency gets the most out of its electronic monitoring program. Since 2015, BI has trained over 16,000 law enforcement officers from over 1,300 agencies on how to properly utilize BI equipment, software, and analytic reports.

In this webinar you will learn about the SmartLINK client app. This includes enrolling a client in BI TotalAccess, installing the app on the client’s phone, and completing a biometric enrollment. The webinar provides an overview of all services within the app from the client’s perspective as well as an overview of services from the officer’s perspective in BI TotalAccess.
